When attempting to connect your card to Privacy, you could receive one of the following error messages:
- Sorry, only cards issued in the United States are supported
- Sorry, corporate cards are not supported
- Sorry, prepaid cards are not supported
- Sorry, credit cards are not supported
- Sorry, this card is not supported
Unfortunately, this means we're currently unable to support funding cards of this type. However, we can still get you set up using our bank account connection method. Check out our guide to connecting your bank account for more information.
If you receive this error message:
- Sorry, corporate cards are not supported
We do not support corporate business accounts at this time.
