To confirm your debit card, you’ll need to verify a small micro-authorization made to your bank account.
Once you’ve located the transaction, while on a web or mobile browser, confirm the number from your Account page. On the Privacy mobile app, confirm the number by tapping the gear icon at the top right of your screen.
I can’t find the micro-authorization
When attempting to locate the micro-authorization, it's possible that some banks won't automatically show this type of transaction, as it's only an authorization hold for the funds.
Look for a transaction with the descriptor PWP* or Privacy.com. If you don’t currently see it on your bank statement, we recommend contacting your bank and having them assist you in finding it.
If they're unable to locate it, removing and re-adding the debit card using the same method as before will refresh the hold, which can make it easier for them to find.
