What is an unsettled transaction?
If Privacy is unable to debit the funds from your connected funding source to cover the cost of one or more transactions made using Privacy Cards, your Privacy Account will be temporarily paused
This can happen if your funding source doesn’t have enough to cover the cost of the purchase(s) at the time Privacy attempts to debit the funds, if your funding account is closed between purchases, or other related issues with your bank
While we work with you to resolve this, Privacy covers the cost of the transaction(s) on your behalf so your purchase(s) or service(s) with the merchant(s) remain uninterrupted
