All transaction history is kept on your Privacy Account, even if the Privacy Card is closed or paused. There are a few ways to take a look at your transaction history.
Authorized transactions can be viewed from your dashboard by clicking on Transactions or Recent Transactions.
On our mobile app, this same page can be accessed from your dashboard by clicking on the clock icon in the navigation bar.
Your pending and settled transactions will be listed in the order they occurred in. If you want to see more details about a transaction, simply click on the transaction, and you’ll see more information.
To view declines, click on Declines. This will filter out all other transactions from your view.
An individual card’s transaction history can be viewed by clicking on the card. You’ll be able to see the card’s activity and history in this view.
You can search for specific Privacy Cards and transactions using the search bar at the top of your dashboard. This will show you Privacy Cards and transactions associated with what you typed in. You can also search for a card using the last four digits of the card number.

This account summary will show you a snapshot of your daily and monthly spend.
