If you’re running into technical issues with our mobile application, we recommend ensuring your device and app are up to date and double-checking that the in-app Privacy version is also up to date (tap the gear icon in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap “Check for Updates”).
We also recommend restarting the app or powering down your device (if that hasn’t been attempted already).
