If you’re running into technical issues with our mobile application, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Ensure your device is up to date (we currently support the current and previous version)
- Ensure your app is up to date
- Double-check that the in-app Privacy version is also up to date (go to your Account page, scroll to the bottom, and tap Check for Updates).
- Restart the app or power down your device
If after completing all of these steps you’re still running into trouble, please obtain a screenshot of any errors you may be encountering (if applicable) and reach out to us at support@privacy.com.
