You may have received an error that your bank connection is "out of date." This means our connection with your funding source has expired, which causes us to have outdated balance information. This connection issue can lead to unnecessary declines.
How do I fix this?
This feature is not available on our mobile app.
Head to your Account page from your Privacy Dashboard and look for Funding Sources. Then, click Refresh.
If you don't see this option, please delete and reconnect your funding source to refresh the connection manually.
Please note this will not affect any transactions in progress.
