You may have received an error that your bank connection is "out of date." This means our connection with your funding source has expired, which causes us to have outdated balance information. This connection issue can lead to unnecessary declines.
How do I fix this?
Web or mobile browser
Head to Account page from your Privacy Dashboard. Then, look for Funding and click the three dots next to your bank name.
Then select Refresh and reenter your bank login credentials.
If you don't see this option, please delete and reconnect your funding source to refresh the connection manually. Please note this will not affect any transactions in progress.
This feature is not available on the mobile app.
