Earning Cashback with Privacy Transactions
When a transaction made using a Privacy Card moves to "Settling" you'll get a percentage of the transaction's total cost back as Pending Cashback.*
Pending Cashback that you've earned appears in the Cashback & Credits section of your Privacy Dashboard (see image below).
If you're using the mobile app, you can track how much Pending Cashback you've earned by navigating to your Account tab.

Spending Cashback
Pending Cashback from the previous month is automatically converted to Available Credit on the 10th of each month.
For example, any Pending Cashback earned during January will become Available Credit on February 10th. You can view your Available Credit on the Cashback & Credits section of your Privacy Dashboard on our web app or the Account tab on the Privacy mobile app.
When you toggle “Auto-apply balance to your upcoming purchases” and make a purchase using any Privacy Card, we will pull funds from your Available Credit balance first before billing your connected funding source.
If any Available Credit is left after your purchase(s), toggling off the auto-apply setting will allow you to keep your Available Credit for future purchases. On the 10th of the next month, any Pending Cashback will be added to your Available Credit balance.
*Cashback is eligible on transactions adding up to a total of $4,500 per month. This excludes international merchants, money transfers, and certain clothing/footwear merchants, such as Adidas, Nike, YeezySupply, Footlocker, etc. Privacy Everywhere Card purchases are also not eligible for cashback.
