The amount of time you have to file a dispute depends on the reason why you are disputing the transaction.
In accordance with card network rules, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions need to be disputed within 60 calendar days from the date the transaction is completed.
For any other issue, you can dispute the transaction directly through your Privacy Account within 90 calendar days from the date the transaction is completed.
