At this time, we do not provide the ability to delete Privacy Cards that have been closed. Once a card is closed, it cannot be reopened.
Privacy Card information, including transaction history, is still accessible in the Closed Cards section of your account in case a refund or dispute needs to be requested in the future.
To view your closed cards on a web or mobile browser click on Cards.
Click the arrow icon and select Closed from the dropdown menu. Your closed cards will now be displayed for you.
To view your closed cards on the Privacy mobile app, click on All Cards.
Click on Closed Cards, now you will now see all of your closed cards.
We're always adding new features, so it's possible that at a later time, we'll have the option to hide closed cards. Keep an eye on your account for updates!
