Closing your account using our web app
Navigate to the top right of the screen, select your profile information, and choose Account from the drop-down menu.
Log in to your Privacy Account using a web or mobile browser and click your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of the page, then select Account from the drop-down menu. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the button labeled Close My Account.

Navigate to the Account page (the person tab at the bottom) and tap Account Details (located between Your Plan and Security)
Tap Close My Account

Please note that you cannot close your account if you have any pending or unsettled transactions or open disputes.
