How do refunds work?
If a merchant issues a refund, it will go directly back to the funding source used for the purchase regardless if the Privacy Virtual Card you used is paused or closed.

How long do they take?
Usually refunds appear in your account 1-3 business days from the time the merchant initiates the refund depending on the speed of your bank.

It's been 3 business days and I still don't see my refund! What do I do?
Contact the merchant again to confirm that the refund was sent out. If it was, drop us a line at support@privacy.com and we'll look into it for you!
