All transaction history is kept on your Privacy Account, even if the Privacy Card is closed or paused. There are a few ways to take a look at your transaction history.
Authorized transactions can be viewed from your dashboard by clicking on “Activity” or “See All Activity.” On our mobile app, this same page can be accessed from your dashboard by clicking on “All Transactions.” Your pending and settled transactions will be listed in the order they occurred in. If you want to see more details about a transaction, simply click on the transaction and you’ll see more information.
To view declines, click on the “Declines” button.
An individual card’s transaction history can be viewed by clicking into the card. You’ll be able to see the card’s activity and history in this view.
You can search for specific Privacy Cards and transactions using the search bar at the top of your dashboard. This will show you Privacy Cards and transactions associated with what you typed in. You can also search for a card using the last four digits of the card number.
If you’d like to narrow your transaction search down further, we have a Summary page for that!
This account summary will show you a snapshot of your daily and monthly spend, and cashback and Privacy Credit on your account.
You can view your account summary by logging into your account on a web browser, clicking on “Summary” on your dashboard.
You can also filter via specific dates and Privacy Cards.
